Hi! I'm Rik Littlefield. I'm a frequent user of Wikipedia and sporadically contribute to articles of particular interest to me.

My degrees are in mathematics and computer science. I have 45+ years of professional experience developing first-of-a-kind computer systems, mostly at university and U.S. national labs. I am currently a self-employed software developer specializing in photographic focus stacking. I also have broad avocational interests, notably 50+ years of macro photography. I am editor and frequent contributor at photomacrography.net, with a technical specialty in software and optics for high magnification focus stacking.
