The rheological properties of aqueous and non-aqueous drilling fluids need sparat treatment to arrive at a realstic prediction of the flow pattern os the fluid in a closed conducit. Oil field has been using the same type of model since inception and that has to change. With this intention a new work has been initiated and formula based findings have been calculated for shear stress of a drilling fluids under any chosen shear rateunder bottom-hole conditions.

In order to overcome the fallacy of ambiguity of measured values of shear stress, the formulae has been develped for aqueous and non aqueous drilling flids separately and the work has been extened further to calculate the hole cleaning efficiency of the system.

The software model predicts hole cleaning efficiency under dynamic bottom hole conditions in simple % for everyon to understand and make the model user firendly Opinions are solicited from professionals at global level and there cant be a betetr platform than wikipedia to do that.
