There are quite a few variables in this template. Let us assume that a user is, for arguments sake, born on 21st September, 1983 (like me. The variables for displaying this exact, auto-updating age are as follows:

Because it is wiki, typing out the preceding would produce a userbox like this:
| 40 | This user is 40 years, 9 months, and 4 days old. |
See? Very simple, and its auto-updating!
