This template is used on user pages to show or easily control their recent activity without the need of writing too much wikicode. As an example, if an user nominated Alicia Keys to featured article status, the, they may write:
{{User:Hahc21/Current activity|fac|Alicia Keys}}
Which will display as this:
- Alicia Keys — Featured Article candidate.
Fields
[edit]- (identifier) (without name): The first field identifies the type of process being made or trhough the article is going.
- (articlename) (without name): The name of the article.
- (showname) (without name): For when an article is being worked on a sandbox, the user might want to only show the name the article might use when moved to the main namespace. As an example, writing User:Example/sandbox/sandbox1 on the second parameter and writing Another Brick in The Wall on the third parameter.
- w (with): If you are developing the article with other user(s), write their name(s). If they are more than one other user, use w2, w3, w4 and w5. Up to w5 is supported.
- italic: If the user wants the name to be displayed in italic text. This parameter must only be written as
italic=yes
if wanted.italic=no
