Nelapudi Stalin Babu (born 13 March 1974) is an Indian politician who has been district SC,ST Sub-Plan Monitoring Committee Member of East Godavari District since 2016. Previously he served as a Youth Federation Leader, and as well as Student Leader at the time of student phase, he is currently the president of Adivasi Dalita Bahujana Samaikya Vedika, and he is the founder of Bagathsingh Children Association.

Stalin Babu has won a "SEVARATNA" award from Kala-Nilayam Hyderabad in the year 2012, for the reason of conducted so many programs on expressing the need for individual toilets, awareness on greenery, hygiene and sanitation, at the time of United Andhra Pradesh.

Early life and education

Stalin Babu was born on 13 March 1974 at Ambajipeta, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, in an Political family. His father, late sri venkatreddy had given great service to the people under C.P.I (Communist Party of India), Late sri venkatreddy was maintained his position long period as a District C.P.I executive body member and as well as Agricultural Labor Union Secretary, after that he was elected as a vice sarpanch of local gram-panchayat and he was also elected as a director of Primary Agricultural Credit Society, Stalin babu's mother Bangaramma is a housewife. He completed his M.C.A (Master of Computer Applications) from Andhra University and M.A (Master of Arts) in social work from Osmania University.

Sri Nelapudi Stalin Babu’s father late sri venkatreddy had given great service to the people under C.P.I (Communist Party of India), Late sri venkatreddy was maintained his position long period as a District C.P.I executive body member and as well as Agricultural Labor Union Secretary, after that he was elected as a vice sarpanch of local gram-panchayat and he was also elected as a director of Primary Agricultural Credit Society, he had given great service to the people in the above said positions. Sri Nelapudi Stalin Babu father’s Elder brother late sri Nelapudi Suranna also given great service to the people under the same C.P.I party, he was maintained various positions in the party as a District C.P.I executive body member and as well as Agricultural Labor Union District President, after that he was elected as a Vice sarpanch of native village, he was maintained his position for long period.

At the period of C.P.I party alliance with Telugudesam party, late sri Nelapudi Venkatreddy and late sri Suranna plays major role to win Telugudesam party at their own constancy Amalapuram, apart from winning Telugudesam party late sri G.M.C Balayogi was elected as a member of parliament (M.P) and late Dr. metla satyanarayana was elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly (M.L.A). For the hard work of above said late Sri Nelapudi Suranna was honoured on the stage in the presence of late Sri Dr. Metla Satyanarayana late Sri Nelapudi Suranna also got grateful relationship maintained in the Political affiliations with the Hon’ble Ex. M.P. & Lok-sabha speaker late Sri G.M.C. Balayogi . They both also got good reputation in the society for participating in the local development programs which were full- pledged through Hon’ble Ex. M.P. & Lok-sabha speaker late Sri G.M.C. Balayogi.

Early political career

Stalin Babu was drawn to politics at an early age, In his birth place the symbol of Social Consciousness is more, so that he was influenced clearly. That’s why he became a founder of Bagathsingh Children Association, and he has participated in so many programs as a youth federation leader, as a student leader. And he had also participated in various Social and Adivasi programs at the time of student phase. Awareness of Social issues, thinking of Social Consciousness is being taken him to actively involved in Social programs. He had been drawn into Social activities, moreover as a social worker, as a president of Adivasi Dalita Bahujana Samaikya Vedika, he was did so many programs at the state level and joined in Telugu Desam Party.

As District SC, ST Sub-Plan Monitoring Committee Member (Since 2016)

District SC,ST Sub-Plan Monitoring Committee Member of East Godavari District by the Andhra Pradesh Government. Stalin Babu has conducted various activities in his district. Coordinating the departmental officers, and at the same time to enhance the awareness in society. People are also wishing him very much for his great effort. Making awareness programs on government efforts of Sub-plans and also providing awareness to everyone in the village level, He strongly believes that public participation is more important for law enforcement. For that purpose he published a book to make the people active.

He has been attracted by the Hon’ble A.P. Chief Minister Sri N.Chandrababau Naidu for the successes of publishing book with the sub-plans of Ruled Government and also done hard work to explain the sub-plans to the lower cadre of people. He also honored by the people for the involvement in development of various programs by the ruled Government, which are Under great support of the District Ministers Sri Yenamala Ramakrishnudu, Sri Nimmakayala China Rajappa. He also done hard work for the allotment of crores of rupees in the sub-plan for granting roads which are need to go to interior villages. He also tried to reach the SC, ST, BC, Kapu & Brahmin Corporations by way of organized various programs and also encouraged their children to take coaching of “Civil Services” & “Higher Studies at Foreign Countries”. He also stood in favor of students who are staying in the hostel and studying in the Gurukula Education Institutes. He also doing hard work for the explaining the government schemes to the people. He has been doing hard work for the sanction of economical support through “CHANDRANNA BHEEMA” scheme. He is one of the leaders who interact with the people regularly in his constancy and consider their issues and also react immediately to solve it, for that strong reason he is a strongest leader in his Constancy.
