Panna Solutions L.L.C. is an American multinational conglomerate holding company headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In 2018, Ray Haggins proposed the corporate restructuring of Panna Solution under the current leadership with the addition of Kalan Dominick and Jay Tamayo. In June of 2018, Panna Solutions officially announced the completion of the corporate restructuring and announced the new board of Panna Solutions: Chairman Ray Haggins (35%), Member Kalan Dominick (33%), and Member Jay Tamayo (33%).

Panna currently holds shares in seven companies (as of June 2018) that encompasses several industries, including technology, business development, fashion, promotional products, and business incubators. Following the restructuring of some of the original divisions of Panna Solutions has been altered to become its own companies including Panna Host, Panna Spark, and Panna Social. The restructuring led Ray Haggins to become CEO of Panna Solution while Jay Tamayo became Global Operations Officer and Kalan Dominick to become Global Technology Officer.

The reestablishment of Panna Solutions prompted a desire to allow Panna’s original divisions the opportunity to surpass their initial limitations. This new organizational strategy enables Panna’s subsidiaries to define their own goals and processes using new ideas while also allowing for its original creators to oversee the process at a distance.
