Rafe was born in Shoreham-by-Sea on the south coast of England in 1971. Attending several schools in the village of Lancing he later went on to boarding school near Horsham.

Currently working as a freelance web developer he enjoys reading, drinking, climbing and acting the fool.

Currently has a home page at Rafe's hole in the net where he submits photographs and a blog when he remembers.
