Rachel Stephanie Menconi is a singer, song writer, recording artist, actress, script writer, director (film/TV/theater) and a technique teacher (singing/acting/performance/musical theater) to all ages. She is member of SAG-AFTRA, NARAS, NATS (Certified), VASTA, MAC, NAMTA, and BMI. Menconi's first album called "Just Meant To Be" was released on September 28, 2011.

She was born at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood New Jersey on February 27th. Menconi's father Steven Menconi was co-owner of the Health Spa 2 for 33 years and is now the co-owner/manager of Carlo and Stefano's Main Street Pizza in Lodi NJ. Her mother Lisa Menconi is the owner of A Choice Nanny a nanny referral service. Menconi is part Italian, Russian, and all American.

Menconi has been performing since the age of 2. Her mother enrolled her at Robin Horneff's Performing Arts Center for dance and when she turned 6, she was enrolled at Act II Performing Arts Center a musical theatre school. When Rachel was 7 years old, she started piano lessons because that was the only way her voice teacher would allow her to eventually start singing lessons. When Menconi turned 8 years old, she started Bel Canto singing lessons with master teacher Judy Hages becoming her youngest student.

Rachel was hired to sing for a Richard Simmon's Broadway Sweats Video with Alexis Kalehoff when she was 11 years old. She originated the role of Antigone in BFK's Oedipus The Musical.
