I wanted to start with the most controversial comparison I could think of, so here we are. The first thing I noticed is that they're formatted very differently. The English version breaks everything down into History, Politics, Economy, etc. whereas the Arabic version lists "Israeli Military Establishment" and "Recognition of Israel by Arab States." There is a smaller section about the Israeli military in the English version, but it talks about the country's strength and development as a humanitarian force. The Arabic version, however, does not.
