[edit]The first semi-final will take place on 9 May 2023 at 20:00 BST (21:00 CEST).[1][2] Fifteen countries will participate in the first semi-final. Those countries plus France, Germany and Italy, as well as non-participating countries under an aggregated vote as "Rest of the World", will vote in this semi-final.[3]
