The 2019–20 UNCAF Regions League is the proposed inagural edition of the UNCAF Regions League, a quaternary tournament for the top teams in Central America nations not to qualify for the Champions League, SuperLiga, or Confederations League, as well as the top teams in the Central American second divisions.
The tournament features qualification that begins in June 2019 and concludes in July 2019. The group stage begins in August 2019 and concludes in October 2019. The knockout stage begins in November 2019 and concludes in March 2020.
Matches in the qualifying (including preliminary and play-off) and knockout rounds may also be played on Tuesdays or Wednesdays instead of the regular Thursdays due to scheduling conflicts.
The first legs were played on 18 February 2020 and the second legs were played on 26 February 2020. The winners advanced to the UNCAF Regions League final and earned a berth into the 2020 CONCACAF Regions League. The runners-up played in the third place match for a berth into the 2020 CONCACAF Regions League.
