Feliz Lusitânia (initially called Mairi) is an architectural and landscape complex in Belém, Pará, Brazil. It encompasses the historic center of the city. Belém was first colonized by Captain Francisco Caldeira Castelo Branco by order of King of the Iberian Union Dom Manuel during the Iberian Union. The settlement became known as Cidade ("city") in the 16th century, and was joined by a second neighborhood in Belém, Campina. Cidade is now referred to as Cidade Velha ("old city").

The State of Pará began a restoration of Feliz Lusitânia in 2002 after the historic center of the city saw significant urban decay in the 20th century.

It was listed as a historic structure by National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN) in 1982.

The complex is a group of Portuguese monuments and buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries, listed as heritage by IPHAN (Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional) as a tourist, architectural and landscape complex, which houses the following points: Forte do Presépio, Praça Dom Frei Caetano Brandão, the Casa das 11 Janelas, the Church of Santo Alexandre, and the Igreja da Sé (Metropolitan Cathedral of Belém).
