Arun Budhathoki is the author of the lengthiest "sources" here, he is also the EIC of Kathmandu Tribune which is a blatant and unambiguous blackhat SEO site designed to look like a legitimate media outlet but is ultimately a pay-for-publication vanity spam site. He authored source #1 from The Diplomat, which is a contributor piece and not written by their editorial staff. Source #4 from "Asia Times", which also appears to publish for pay, but is also written by Budhathoki, who doesn't appear to be part of their editorial staff. Source #7, which the bulk of the article is based on is from VICE and surprise written by Budhathoki. It is not, in fact, published by VICE directly or their editorial staff and is the only entry to the entire site by Budhathoki. Source #9 is also published by Budhathoki, who is the EIC of Kathmandu Tribune, a blackhat SEO site.
