Casey James Nethercott, (born June 7, 1967) is an American Citizen, known for his involvement with the now defunct Border watch group "Ranch rescue", and a later court ruling against him, in which he was ordered to forfeit his 70 acre Ranch to two undocumented migrants whom he had brutalized.
Nethercott did not defend himself in the lawsuit, and so the judge ruled against him by default.
