History
[edit]The grinning face with big eyes emoji was added in unicode 6.0 in 2010. The grinning face emoji would later be added onto Emoji 1.0 in 2015. Although, it did get changed in 2016 to resemble a happy face more. The grinning face with big eyes emoji normally resembles a facial expression when somebody has sent something traumatic, or they're just trying to be quirky. The grinning face with big eyes emoji isn't commonly used.
