Everyone knows her as Sam Moralee, a typical Ballarat student who does her homework everynight, plays hockey and has a part time job. However, there are very few people who know Sam's other identity, and what her job really entails. Sam is also Piper Black, a spy for the government company Van Meel, and her latest assignment is set to change both her lives.

The Characters

• Piper Black/Sam Moralee: A young student who lives a double life: Sam is a normal Ballarat girl but Piper is a spy for the organisation of Van Meel. No one but her family and best mate, Emily, know about both her lives, but this is about to change. Piper is set an assignment to discover the identity of her rival, Eric Bailey, but the two end up forming a close and special relationship that is matched by few. Suddenly the best spy in the business has some competition.

• Eric Bailey/James Armstrong: Piper's rival also has two identities and lives a similar life to her. However, Eric works for Global Protection, or GP, another spy organisation who happen to be on the same side as Van Meel, but cause the company many problems. Unbeknown to Piper, Eric was also sent to find her true identity...
