Editors are encouraged to edit icons made by me by using Notepad or other text editors. Inkscape converts circular-arc path sections to cubic Bézier curves automatically, for example, therefore icon curves can be different to those in another icon.

ÜW icons

[edit]

This series enables crossing of 2 parallel vertical lines in a 2×2 area. I (Peterwhy) have been editing icons to a standard svg path, which is composed of 2 circular arcs, connecting mid-point of a horizontal side, an opposite corner, and then to the opposite horizontal side outside that icon. This was made to ensure smoothness of curves.

All ground-level icons should have included 2 svg paths and a group containing the bridge. For editors, the parameters they may have to change are the colours of the 2 paths, the rotate transformation angle (either 45 or -45), and the <svg> viewBox parameter.

Object IDs:

  • "L-R curve" is the "\"-directioned path
  • "R-L curve" is the "/"-directioned path
  • "bridge" is the green (#80a080) bridge edge, may not be visible in "o" icons.

ViewBox Parameter:

  • "0 0 500 500" for "l" icons
  • "500 0 500 500" for "r" icons
  • "0 500 500 500" for "+l" icons
  • "500 500 500 500" for "+r" icons
