Nabende Peter is an Information Systems Researcher and A. Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing and Information, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. On October 5, 2006, he graduated with a MSc. Computer Science degree with a specialization in Computer Information Systems. He immediately enrolled for a PhD in Information Systems at the same Faculty of Computing and Information Technology in Makerere. He later changed on his research and is undertaking a PhD in Computational Linguistics at [Rijksuniversiteit Groningen] in Netherlands from 2008 to 2011. His first degree was a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering obtained from the Faculty of Technology, Makerere University, Kampala where he graduated on November 21, 2003. He is the son of a Ugandan couple: Dr. Wanziguya Fredrick Patrick Zeere and Mrs Irene Wanziguya.
