I live in Germany and have a dangerous genetic disorder called PKU (see the Wikipedia page). I am not allowed to eat any animal products - eggs, dairy products, meat, fish, cream, cheese, milk, and plenty protein rich plant foods like nuts or legumes, until the end of my life or I would risk Epileptic attacks and serious damage to the nervous system, among others.

Since I am forced to eat this way I prefer the best quality available. There is so much crap sold for horrendously high prices, just because it is labeled "healthy" or "vegan". If it would be marketed towards average consumers the companies would go bankrupt right away, no kidding. Therefore some uploading in the Wikimedia, of good foods I ate, which are - accidentally - vegan and lactose free. I am not vegan or whatever, just sick.

All photos I upload are 100% free and in the Public Domain, do with them whatever you please.

Update: There was obviously some vandalizing guy using the login User123456789 at the English Wikipedia (long before I signed up here). Please do not confuse me for this person. It is bothersome enough that I cannot use this name in the English Wikipedia.
