Patrizio is born in Rome, his father Valentino was a stuntman in Sergio Leone's western films, while his uncle was the actor Raf Baldassarre. The family thus transmitted to him the passion for acting and art, in fact Patrizio began to act and work as a child in several commercials (remember the Cornetto Algida), then starting at the tender age of eight to act in various photonovels.

After graduating from high school, he enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the Tor Vergata in Rome (three-year degree). He attended for a short period the "Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia", interrupted because he won the competition in the State Police and attended the "Giulio Rivera" School of Student Agents in Campobasso in Molise. After a few years as a public official in the Anti-Crime Division at the Rome Police Headquarters, Patrizio decides to leave the Police to devote himself exclusively to art, his true passion.

He attended with dedication the "Studio Duse International" directed by the actress Francesca De Sapio (Stanislavskij / Strasberg method - 1997/2000), immediately after he attended some internships, workshops and acting and diction seminars with professional artists teachers: Anna Maria Bottini, Antonio Prisco, Lino Damiani in his Film School, Beatrice Bracco, Thomas Otto Zinzi and Gigi Proietti. In 2005/2006 he also studied dubbing and diction at the Academy of Dubbing directed by Silvia Pepitoni.

After various work experiences in theater and dubbing, she dedicated herself to TV dramas and cinema. In 1999/2000 he played the role of Police Inspector Novelli in the TV movie "Turbo", directed by Antonio Bonifacio and in the German-produced film "Wilder hafen Ehe" directed by Oliver Dommenget (2001). He also takes part in other well-known TV dramas "Incantesimo", directed by Tomaso Sherman and Ruggero Deodato (2005), Questa è la mia terra, directed by Raffaele Mertes (2006), Distretto di Polizia, directed by Alessandro Capone (2007), Crimini bianchi, directed by Alberto Ferrari (2008), Moana, directed by Alfredo Peyretti (2009), Un Matrimonio di Pupi Avati (2013) and in the TV movie Enrico Piaggio-Un sogno italiano, directed by Umberto Marino (2019). In recent years he has worked at the Teatro Ghione in Rome staging the poetic theatrical show "Ti bacio la notte", directed by Ornella Mereghetti (2019). Lately he has taken part in some episodes with the role of the entrepreneur Nino Rosato in the long-lived Rai soap opera Un posto al sole (2019/2020).

He has also worked in famous auteur films such as Le Complici by Emanuela Piovano (1998), La Seconda notte di nozze by Pupi Avati (2005), Per non dimenticarti by in Avati (2006), Il Cuore Grande delle Ragazze (2011), Un ragazzo d'oro, by Pupi Avati (2014). In 2019 he was awarded the prestigious "Vincenzo Crocitti International" Prize VII ed. (Artistic Director Francesco Fiumarella). In December 2020 he published his first poetic book "The essence of a Dreamer", published by 96-Rue-de la Fontaine Edizioni. In September 2022 the film Dante will be released, based on the novel "L'alta fantasia" published by Solferino, directed by Maestro Pupi Avati, with the role of Fazio da Micciole.
