What is this?

Halloween is a celebration observed in several countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating (or the related guising and souling), attending Halloween costume parties, carving pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing, divination games, playing pranks, visiting haunted attractions, telling scary stories, as well as watching horror films.

What can you do!

• Improve the quality of existing Halloween-related articles.
• Identify Halloween topics that are encyclopedic and currently not covered in Wikipedia.
• Return Halloween to Good article status.
• Expand the articles listed at WikiProject Halloween articles.
• Participate in Wikiproject Holidays, Wikiproject Halloween and Wikiproject Horror.
• Place the {{WikiProject Halloween}} banner on all article talk pages that fall within the scope of these project
