Paschal Alexander Emmanuel was born on 26th October, 1995 in Ngulu village which is found in Kahama Municipal - Tanzania. He was born to Mr. Alexander Emmanuel Nzingura and Ms. Christina Maganga.

Paschal Alexander Emmanuel completed his primary education in 2009 at Ngokolo Primary school which is found in Ushetu council.

He later joined Kisuke Secondary School in 2010 and completed his O- level in 2013. He passed with Division one. He was later selected to join Kisimiri Secondary School in 2014 and completed this level in 2016.

In the same year, Paschal Alexander Emmanuel joined The University of Dar es salaam when he pursued his Bachelor Degree (Education).

Paschal Alexander Emmanuel is Pentecostal Christian believing in the Holy Spirit as the the essence of the church.
