Early Life

Studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at University of Oxford, including two scholarships to research the impacts of police shootings on the public's view of law enforcement.[1]

In 2020, Wilson was mistaken for a defendant three times in one day by a solicitor, security officer and a clerk.[2][3]

She specialises in Family and Criminal Law.

In 2020, Wilson criticised the online retailer Amazon for selling hats with the slogan "Black Lives Don't Matter". The retailer would later remove the hats from sale,[4]

Early life

Margaret attended Allendale Columbia School, graduating in 1976 known by her classmates for her sense of humour.

She then attended Bowdoin College where she was a member of the varsity women's squash team and captain for the four years she was there. Graduating in 1980 with a degree in Sociology.

Death

Cox died peacefully on July 14th 2014 at her home in Weston Massachusetts surrounded by her two children and pets at the age of 56.

She was buried next to her husband at the Old North Cemetery in her hometown.
