Miss Star is an annual International Beauty Pageant that is run by Miss Star Organization. The pageant was founded in 1920. Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).
The pageant is broadcast in the US on NBC and simulcast in Spanish on Univision, along with many international broadcasting channels.
In 1968, the logo of Miss Star was created, representing the beauty and responsibility of women.
The current Miss Star is Maria Chelsea Ames of South Africa who was crowned on 19 December 2014 in Lisbon, Portugal. Traditionally, Miss Star lives in England during her reign.
