Biography

[edit]

I was born in sunny Uzbekistan in 1991. Along with my parents, I have 4 brothers. I am the youngest son in the family. In 1998, I went to specialized boarding school in my village named after Y.Siddikov. My father is a pediatrician and my mother is a mathematician. We celebrate every family member's birthday with full of joy and great respect and my father likes to start with a special toast raising a glass of Scotch whisky.

Education

[edit]

In 2009, I continued my education at Tashkent Education Centre "Kredo Progress". During my studies, I tried hard to improve my mathematics and English in order to enter the Global Banking faculty at Tashkent Institute of Finance. After 3 years intensive attempts, I managed to be enrolled and did my bachelor's degree from Banking there. In 2015, I graduated Tashkent Institute of Finance with "Honour Diploma" which gave me a chance to study in Indonesia with full government scholarship called "Darmasiswa". I studied at the University of Muhammadiyah in Surakarta, Jawa Island and graduated "With Merit" diploma. Now, I am pursuing my Master's degree at Loughborough University.

Voluntary work

I really like volunteering as it is one of my natural aptitudes. Many friends of mine think that I am a considerate person born with such innate traits. It always gives me inspirations and motivations to work on volunteering. When I worked as a teaching assistant, I organized a group that gave facilities to study for free for disabled in order to support not only by financially but also, mentally with organising lots of parties and events that made them feel positive and cheerful in life. Moreover, it helped them to forget their physical inabilities and ensured they were equal in everything with others.

Childhood Cancer Care

Childhood Cancer Care Hospital, Surakarta 2015

I was actively involved with charity organisation while I was studying in Surakarta, Indonesia. Our main goal was to raise money to support local children with cancer, therefore I organised charity events to attract people to donate for this cause. To get the crowds into our events, I enlisted local students so they can help us invite famous singers. Also I asked the Head of UMS to introduce us to the cafe owners in the area, so we can use their space for our events and target their customers. With lots of hard work, persuasion and support from local people, we managed to arrange four charity concerts and raised IDR15mln (USD1130) in total. Besides, I am very open-minded person and often think outside of the box to solve the problems. In order to raise more money for our charity, I decided to approach differently based on my previous experience in Uzbekistan. The idea was to print the slogan of “Support children with cancer” to small personal items, like watches, toys, school hats, t-shirts and badges. These were then sold by my team and raised IDR12mln (USD900) within 3 weeks.
