Function details:
- The bot will inspect the full edit history of banned users and build special corpuses (including deleted & edit summaries).
- It will generate a robust 50+ dimentional digital fingerprints.
- It will then periodicaly match digital prints to suitable edit on pages it falges with certain policy abuses.
- Fully protected.
- Semi Protected.
- Frequent COI edits.
- On pages with long term abuse - cabals will be investigated - networks of users highly affiliated with kown abusers.
This type of bot action serves three additional purposes.
- It will generate reports on Sock puppets, Pink Unicorn Account and individuals in an objective fashion - rather than the imprecise and imformal XXX edit summaries look similar to YYY.
- It will protect users wrongly accused of controversial subjects from more invasive checkuser investigation.
- It will allow to identify small networks of individuals who collude using multiple accounts to evade wikipedia's policy. (E.g. manipulate votes or efectivly assert joint ownership of certain articles.) Therby robbing them of their advantage.
