What is sales? Sales is selling a product or service to someone who is looking for it[1]. When you are in sales you need to be knowledgeable when it comes to the product you plan to sell. If you cannot do this first step you cannot move forward. You have to be able to make your customers trust you because they are buying something from you. It can range from something as candy to a house. According to 10 steps to successful sales you need some guidelines which can range from honesty, ethical standards, ability to trust, credibility[2]. These are the main 4 that stick out. Once you developed these habits you need to have great communication which is a major key for a sales consultant or persona. When you have great communication with a customer you start creating a world class experience for them. By giving a world class experience you will have people come back and recommend others to you. World-Class Sales professionalism comes over time. After you have been selling for a while you will have created a title for yourself which causes long lasting values[3].
