Bulletins

[edit]

Welcome to my userpage, otherwise known as my site of coordination for various projects. Enjoy your time here and be bold; you can edit this page or any subpage if you want. ATTENTION VANDALS. Just make everybody's life easier and do whatever you want here. That way, you won't get blocked for doing idiotic stuff and being vulgar. ATTENTION ALL USERS. This is also a good stress reliever. ATTENTION ADMINISTRATORS. Please do NOT block anyone using this space unless I specifically request for that.

Me

[edit]

My real name is xxxxx and I live in New England. I was born on February 27, 1994. I'm Chinese and was conceived in Beijing, China. I have a broad range of interests and can make contributions to just about any article, featured articles included.

Geneology

[edit]

I am related to 23 Chinese emperors and fifth cousin thrice removed to Hu Jintao, current president of China. I am purely Chinese and nothing else, though that may be disputed.

My Wiki History

[edit]

I have access to at least 98 different computers, so it was difficult to keep track of my wiki history. However, I discovered this wonderful website on September 28, 2002 and registered for an account March 4, 2006.

My Politics

[edit]

I prefer democracy to other types of government, though I am not completely opposed to Communism. I refuse to recognize the government of Taiwan and believe that it should be reintegrated into China. Also, I strongly oppose the GOP and any Republican government. Instead, I am extremely liberal and support all such policies.

What Others Say

[edit]

Many of my colleagues address me as a genius and that I'm extremely well-developed in terms of intellect for my age. I am unwilling to brag, but I am a straight-A student and excel in all my classes. Once, when I was in fifth grade, I was offered a promotion to ninth grade, but my mother declined. If anybody needs help with school assignments, just leave your information and email address on my Talk page and I'll see what I can do.

What I Don't Like

[edit]

George W. Bush: He's just awful. Who elected him to be President of the United States? Why isn't he being impeached?
Explaining things to 6-year-olds: That would be a violation of the eighth amendment of the Constitution.
Macintosh computers: Spare me.

George N. Barnard
George Norman Barnard (December 23, 1819 – February 4, 1902) was an American photographer who was one of the first to use daguerreotype, the first commercially available form of photography, in the United States. A fire in 1853 destroyed the grain elevators in Oswego, New York, an event Barnard photographed. Historians consider these some of the first "news" photographs. Barnard also photographed Abraham Lincoln's 1861 inauguration. Barnard is best known for American Civil War era photos. He was the official army photographer for the Military Division of the Mississippi commanded by Union general William T. Sherman; his 1866 book, Photographic Views of Sherman's Campaign, showed the devastation of the war. This photograph, by Mathew Brady, shows Barnard c. 1865.Photograph credit: Mathew Brady; restored by Adam Cuerden
