Outline of proposed changes

- give more specific names/examples of indigenous religions

- introduce and go into detail on ghost dance and how that movement shaped indigenous religion

- fix overall writing errors; make more fluid and easier to digest/understand

- explain common threads between all different indigenous religions

- likewise, provide commonalities between "indigenous religions" vs. "world religions" and "new religious movements"

- include history of religious oppression against indigenous peoples
