Okeke Vincent Chidozie (arpa) can simply be referred to as a business strategist by day and programmer at night. He hails from a small village in the Eastern part of Nigeria, Ukpo, Dunukofia Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. Born in Lagos, former capital city of Nigeria, he was later moved to Plateau State, Jos during his childhood by his parent Mr Leonard Okeke and Mrs Victoria Okeke, there he started his academic career and studied briefly at Tempest Nursery and Primary School. Later brought back by his parents to Lagos where they all lived and he completed his secondary studies. He obtained his first degree from an Eastern university in his country, Anambra State University, Uli, Anambra State, studying Mass Communications, with specialty in Advertising and Public Relations, and second degree in a westerm university in Nigeria, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, State.

Because of his huge interest in media studies and brand survival, Okeke Vincent started his career with the Presidency, Nigerian Investment and Promotion Commission as a Media and Publicity Officer. He later decided to further his career by going into other tiny areas in media studies, joining an outdoor advertising consulting firm - TMKG Consulting Limited, where we worked as a Client Services Executive and later as an Outdoor Analyst. Within the period of study and career hurdles, Okeke Vincent never stopped to bag other professional qualifications trainings, which Associate Registered Practitioner in Advertising (arpa)is no exception, and many others like e-Scape's Wireless Applications Specialist Training (eWAPT), Mobile Commerce Specialist, Associate Member in Institute of Strategic Management, Fundamental PR Specialist, Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Mobile Technology Analyst, Business Analyst, VAS specialist and Consultant, New Media Solution's Specialist and many others.

Okeke Vincent is also a serial entrepreneur and business consultant, he has worked on many notable projects and State-of-The-Art technologies, including but not limited to DOVICHI PadiMOBI, DoviSuite, SoccerFONE, ITUMO, DoviPay, NEWSPADI, DoviTECH, MOBI-ENT, DoviLEARN, GetVISA.com.ng and more. Scheming and forecasting the wide range of opportunities in the telecommunications industry in Nigeria, he later decided to master his profession in the industry by consulting for several notable organizations as consultant, where he believed to have gained some of the nitty-gritties and untold facts in Mobile-Telecommunications technologies.

Okeke Vincent later went on exile for a year, where he claimed to have gone for personal research and total meditation. Upon returning, he started his career with e-Scape Technologies Limited, a gloablly leading VAS company, as a Business Executive, not so long, his real eminence and traits were revealed to the company, and he was made the Marketing and Business Strategist for his show of professional excellence and achievements bagged within the short while.

Mastering in international business for mobile technology solutions, Okeke Vincent has been able to create a value for himself within the time and is mostly referred within the industry as a Global Strategist in the VAS industry in Nigeria.
