Dozie Ikedife Jr
[edit]Dozie Ikedife Jr. is an American-trained accountant, businessman, real estate developer and Nigerian politician. With a Master's Degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University, he has many businesses both in Nigeria and the United States. Following in the footsteps of his father, the renowned Nigerian politician and Igbo leader Dr. Dozie Ikedife, Dozie Ikedife Jr. has made significant contributions to Nigerian politics, particularly through his involvement in the All Progressives Congress (APC)
Early Life and Education
[edit]Dozie Ikedife Jr. was born on March 15, 1968, in Aba, Abia State, though he hails from Newi, Anambra State. He was born into a prominent family; his father, Dr. Dozie Ikedife, was a highly respected political figure and Igbo leader, serving as the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo. Due to his father's work, Dozie Ikedife Jr. spent his childhood in various parts of southeastern Nigeria.
For his secondary education, he attended Federal Government College Enugu. Later, he moved to the United States, where he pursued higher education. He earned both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University.
Political Career
[edit]He contested for Deputy Governor in the 2017 Anambra State Gubernatorial Elections. He ran alongside Tony Nwoye. He recently worked alongside the late Ifeanyi Ubah and was his campaign manager for the upcoming 2025 Anambra State Gubernatorial elections. He is a leader in APC at the national level and currently serves as the official party Secretary over the South East.
