Joseph Watema, commonly known as Monténégro (/ˌmɒnt[invalid input: 'ɨ']ˈneɪɡroʊ/ ⓘ), is a Ugandan singer-songwriter, poet, linguist, and most notably the front man of multicultural rock band, I'm a 7.
