The 2020–21 Eastern Premier Soccer League season is the 1st season of the newly formed regional league within USASA Region 1 with two conferences. Currently, the Metropolitan Conference consists of teams from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic Conference consists of teams from Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. The Metropolitan Conference started on October 3 2020 and will run to late Spring 2021. The Mid-Atlantic Conference is planned to start in 2021.
