Steven M. Cohen is a trial attorney with a national trial practice, admitted in the States of New York and Pennsylvania. He has handled high profile Civil Rights, Constitutional Law, Criminal and complex Civil litigation cases. Cohen’s cases have been featured in local, national, and international news sources including CNN News,[1][2][3] Good Morning America,[4] 48 Hours (TV series) , Geraldo Rivera, CBS News,[5] Dateline NBC, The New York Times,[6][7] New York Post, and The Wall Street Journal. Early in his career, he was a partner at Lorenzo & Cohen in Buffalo, New York, and has been Litigation Chairman at the Amherst, New York based Hogan Willig law firm since 2009.[8]

Lorenzo & Cohen[edit]

Prior to merging with the Hogan Willig law firm, Cohen was the principal at a Buffalo, NY based firm, Lorenzo & Cohen.[9][10][11]

Cohen graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in 1984 and continued on to the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School graduating in 1987.
