Against All Odds (2008) was the fourth annual Against All Odds professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It took place on Feburary 10 2008 at the BI-LO Center in Greenville, South Carolina.
The main event at Against All Odds was between Kurt Angle and Christian Cage for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, which Kurt Angle retain his title after intefernce from Tomko. The pre dominant match on the card was Team 3D and Johnny Devine vs The Motor City Machine Guns and Jay Lethal in a Street Fight for the TNA X Division Championship in which Lethal won by pinning Devine after a flying elbow drop through a table. The primary match on the undercard were Awesome Kong vs O.D.B for the TNA Knockouts Championship which Kong retained her title after a Awesome Bomb
Background
[edit]The main feud heading into Lockdown was between Kurt Angle and Christian Cage, with the two battling over the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.At Final Reslolution, Kurt Angle retained his title after Cage was betrayed by On the XXth Edition of Impact, Christian Cage won a Triple Threat against A.J.Styles and Samoa Joe to gain a title shot.
The predominant feud was between Team 3D and Johnny Devine vs Jay Lethal and The Motor City Machine Guns. At Final Resolution, 3D and Devine defeated Lethal and the Guns for physical possession of the physical belt. On the XXth Edition of Impact, Brother Ray challenged the Guns to a Street Fight where if the Guns and Lethal lost, then the entire X Division would cease to exist. On the XXth Edition of Impact, Johnny Devine defeated Jay Lethal to "win" the X Division Championship
The main feud in the Knockout Division was between Awesome Kong and O.D.B
A small feud going into Against All Odds was between A.J Styles and Tomko vs Kip James and Bob Armstrong

- Brooks pinned Banks with a Schoolgirl.
- Scott Steiner defeated Petey Williams (9:24)[1]
- Steiner pinned Williams after an Elevated powerbomb to win the TNA World Heavyweight Feast or Fired case and retain the TNA X Division Feast or Fired case
- During the match, a mystery woman (later revealed to be Rhaka Khan[2]) came out and distracted Williams.
- Eric Young defeated James Storm (w/Jacqueline) to retain the World Beer Drinking Championship (7:49)[1]
- Awesome Kong (w/Raisha Saaed) defeated O.D.B. to retain the TNA Women's World Championship (6:54)[1]
- Kong pinned O.D.B. after an Awesome Bomb.
- Abyss defeated Judas Mesias (w/Father James Mitchell) in a Barbed Wire Massacre (14:51)[1]
- Abyss pinned Mesias after a Black Hole Slam onto a barbed wire board.
- This match was taped at the iMPACT Zone on January 22 due to restrictions by the South Carolina Athletic Commission.[3]
- Booker T fought Robert Roode (w/Payton Banks) to a double count-out (9:17)[1]
- Both men were counted-out when they fought to the backstage.
- Jay Lethal and The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) defeated Johnny Devine and Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) in a Street Fight (12:30)[1]
- Lethal pinned Devine after a Flying elbow drop through a table to win the TNA X Division Championship.
- As a result of losing, Brother Ray and Brother Devon cannot compete in TNA unless they weigh in at under 275 pounds.
- Kurt Angle (w/Karen Angle) defeated Christian Cage (w/Samoa Joe as Special Enforcer) to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (20:40)[1]
- Angle pinned Cage after Tomko interfered and performed a Torture rack neckbreaker on Cage.
- During the match, A.J. Styles distracted Joe by trying to get into the ring, which prompted Joe to chase him backstage.
