Working out is not only about being active. Enough rest for one's body can also help maintain a healthy diet. In order to stay fit and healthy a person needs at least eight to nine hours of sleep. Having a rest day from the gym can benefit the body. Your body needs a day for their muscles to relax and not over work one's body. Maintaining a healthy diet is also key. Eating healthy foods that are not high in sodium or sugar can help one's diet, and also live a healthy lifestyle. Some food products that are healthy choices are grains, oats, chicken, fish, brown rice, salads and fruits. There are many other healthy alternatives that one can consume as well.


I changed my article to Bank Teller. With being an experienced bank teller currently, I see in this article a lack of information that should be noted, and some statements that should be cited.

What I would like to edit/include in this article:

A bank teller is not only an employee for bank but for credit unions as well.

Tellers get trained on specific products that the bank or credit union offers, this is to meet one’s monthly goal, as well as the branches.

Tellers also check for altered or post dated checks as well as check kiting.

Some other transactions include offering gift cards, changing an address or a person’s name on file, scanning specific documents to other departments, and paying off loans.
