The Scooby Republic

Brief History:

The Scoobyan People most likely originated in Northern Europe or the Southwest Caucasus sometime around 600 - 900 AD

Fleeing persecution, around 100,000 settlers, led by the immortal Scooby Doo, made it to the Americas around a decade before Columbus. Once the British settled there, the Scoobyans were pushed out of the East Coast. They were pushed farther and farther, until they settled in California in the early 1800s. They did not hurt the Natives and every Native tribe in the boundaries of the Scoobyan Republic was given nearly full autonomy, and Native Americans were citizens and had the same rights as Scoobyans.

In 1846, America invaded the Scooby Republic and Mexico, in what became known as the Mexican-American war. The Americans won, and about half of the Scoobyan population (400,000) was killed.

Scoobyans continued to be persecuted by the American government, until in 1928 the Scoobyan People called for independence. The Independence war, lasting from 1929 - 1933, led to the Scoobyan people controlling this. Led by the brilliant war generals Scooby Doo and Shaggy, the Scoobyan people achieved independence once more. This led to the Scoobyan Genocide of 1933-35, resulting in the deaths 85,000 Scoobyans to the American actions during the Scoobyan Genocide. This included closing off Scoobyan towns and communities using soldiers which cut off their food supplies, resulting in mass famines. Beatings, killings, and rape also took place.

In 1937 the Second War of Liberation broke out. Because of the great depression, America was not in a position to fight, and the Scooby Republic captured half of the United States, most of which they withdrew from. The Scooby Republic kept the rest of California, all of Oregon, and most of Nevada.

Scooby Doo was the first to the moon in 1943.

The Scooby Republic played a major role in fighting Germany and Japan during ww2. 200,000 Scoobyans across Europe were murdered by the Nazi regime.

In 1948, America and it's allies invaded the Scoobyan Republic. After recovering from the Great Depression and having a massive military after WW2, America sadly won. 150,000 Scoobyans died in the war, 50,000 of whom were civilians. What followed suit was horrible. It is known as the Great Oppression. Between 50,000 - 100,000 Scoobyans were sent to secret detention camps and were killed. America sterilized almost all of the remaining Scoobyans, only about 200 escaped. Today less than 40 people identify as ethnic Scoobyans, and only 5 people still speak Scoobyan.

The American government removed ALL records of the existence of the Scoobyan People and the Scoobyan State. There is only 1 book in existence that includes information about our republic. Any people who mention the Scoobyan Republic are given the death penalty.

We must fight for our freedom. The Scooby Republic shall rise again!

Soviet-Afghan War: 3,000 Scoobyans died, mostly on the Soviet Side.

Iran-Iraq War: 5,000 Scoobyans died

Gulf War: 2,000 Scoobyans died, including 200 in secret killings by the Iraqi Government
