Abdul Rahman Nocari born in Beirut Feb 2nd 1965, expert in Sports and youth Organizations establishing and Business Firms, his international experiences provides him with a remarkable success, he serve as top Manager in adidas Middle East and Africa , organize and monitor many international events, FIFA , FIBA , Icon Management , club and player sponsoring beside the youth mega events such Street ball. In 2003 he established and Manage as CEO Mirsal Group in UAE , a large firm with different SME ,Mirsal Vision Marketing and management was the company that established a professional reputation gaining 5 awards , serving international brands such Pepsi , NB, Giordano , etc.. founder Of ACB FC Al SHABAB Al ARABI Club in Beirut , president of the club for 6 years, works in UNICEF as Head of youth activities program after the Lebanese for 4 years ,CEO of UAE Football association in 2009.

Abdul Rahman Nocari father pass away during the Lebanese war when he was 11 years his father cousin the Late Prime Minister of Lebanon Shafik Wazzan follow up his education until the university. he graduate from the Makassed as Physical Education Teacher with high degrees, also graduate from Magyar University in Budapest with distinguish. he have many certificates from the international Olympic committee and Federations.

Religion Muslim Sunni, his grand father name also Abdul Rahman Nocari was one of the hoply awliya in beirut well known as sheikh of Kadiri sufi tariqt, he herite this path without knowing his grand father history, he followed Naqshubendi tariqqat and took bayaat with Sheikh Nazim Haqqani , sultan of naqshubbendi sufi way in the world, when he was 17years old.

His personality as leader is special , can guide and organize and direct in few minutes, putting targets and startegy for any business tasks, business, marketing, organizations, and Firms, he is well connected socially world wide

He wrote a two books mianly in sports ,one of these books in the lebanese university curriclum.
