Hoshin Budo Ryu is a complete system that covers physical, mental and spiritual development. It is also one of the few systems that teaches and truly brings about Kundalini Awakenings in its students.

The chi kung course taught was a set of verbally guided meditations that were the core of what has now become Hoshin tao chi kung techniques. The physical techniques taught were a collection of knowledge Glenn had gained through street fights, the U.S. Army and experimenting with different styles of martial arts.
