Helao Erastus Ndatipo(Ndeshipanda) Is an enthusiastic Namibian editor, who was born in Luderitz on 15 June 1998 and raised in a small village called Ohambungu (Onamutai) in the Ongwediva constituency. Ndatipo began his primary school at various schools but completed high school at Oshakati Secondary School. He holds a certificate in dental care assistant and, a certificate in theology and is currently doing his diploma in theology at NETS Institute (Windhoek).
