Hi Naypta/ScriptInstaller, I hope you're doing well.

I just wanted to pop you a quick message because I'd noticed that you've got Equazcion's fantastic ScriptInstaller tool on your user JavaScripts page. I don't know if you've noticed, but unfortunately Equazcion's version stopped working a number of months ago, and isn't apparently maintained anymore.

Enterprisey produced a completely new version of the script, which you might want to consider using if you're not already - it works great. If you'd like to stick to the original code, though, I've forked Equazcion's script and fixed it up so that it works just like it used to. You can change to my fixed version pretty easily - just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your user common.js page
  2. Find the line importScript('User:Equazcion/ScriptInstaller.js'); // Backlink: [[User:Equazcion/ScriptInstaller.js]]
  3. Replace Equazcion with Naypta (so you'd have importScript('User:Naypta/ScriptInstaller.js'); // Backlink: [[User:Naypta/ScriptInstaller.js]])
  4. Save the page, and hit Ctrl-F5 in your browser to force refresh the scripts

If you have trouble with any of this, please reply and let me know, and I'll try and help out. Make sure to ping me by copying and pasting {{ping|Naypta}} to the start of your message, otherwise I probably won't see it. Of course, you don't need to use the new script - and if you're not interested, that's no problem, you can just ignore this message

I hope this is helpful, and stay safe!
