[edit]How residential treatment centers receive funding is through Government Grants, Medical reimbursements, State general funds, and private and public parties. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration [1] explains how government grants, medical reimbursement, and state general funds are traditional ways of funding. The new funding policies are trying to implement the new strategies which are funding shifts, funding environment, funding collaborators (public and private parties), and sustainable funding methods.
