SEMI-RETIRED

A health scare at the end of 2021 wrecked my ability to concentrate. I still do some minor gnoming, but no longer go looking for stuff to fix. So it goes. I've enjoyed working here, especially the collaborative aspect, and wish all my colleagues - including any with whom I've disagreed - well.

Props to anyone who knows (without googling) where I got my username from .

It's all about the readers.

If you're here because you don't know why I converted what looks like a WP:NOTBROKEN link into a link through a (disambiguation) redirect, please read WP:NOTBROKEN, WP:INTDABLINK, WP:HOWTODAB and WP:HATNOTERULES for the relevant guidelines. User:DPL bot finds and reports direct links to DAB pages as errors. See WP:TDD for the latest count.

I'm basically an inclusionist, so if I nominate or support something for deletion, I really mean it.

I strongly support the idea that Wikipedia is for everyone on the planet. One element of that is InterWiki links.
