The word SICOSS is an acronym for Social Security Control System, in the case of Software SICOSS, it is registered in Mexico as a Software to manage payroll, social security and human resources of this country, the first version was commercialized in 1985 and developed by the engineers Eduardo Sabatés and Miguel Galindo, the development took about 2 years, in its first versions ran on the MS-DOS platform and was installed with 5 1/4 disks, today the software runs in Windows environment

History

The system and logo are registered with the trade name DATA TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION FOR HUMAN RESOURCES SA DE CV, this company belongs to GRUPO SICOSS.

•      In 1985, this system was created by the sub company SOFTWARE SICOSS.

•      In 1997, it integrates the SUA (Unique System of Self-Determination) into its system.

•      In 2000, SICOSS Software is endorsed by the IMSS to generate the payment disc.

•      In 2014, the SICOSS Cloud system was created, due to the SAT and the ringing movements.

•      In 2015, they integrate affiliating movements in their system.

•      In 2018, they turn 45 years old

Payroll

• The system has options to calculate payroll, generation of concepts, payment of salaries, electronic stamp (Mexican requirement to send the vouchers to the government) (SAT)

Social Security

• Allows the calculation of Mexican employee employer fees, which is known as IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social)

Staff Administration

• The system manages human capital in a simple way managing the different concepts of incidents, vacations, etc.

Portfolio of clients

• By the end of 2018, the company claims that the software is used by more than 300 companies in Mexico, has no presence abroad and among the most renowned are Volkswagen, Bimbo, Cinepolis, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Palacio de Hierro, Telmex, Liverpool, among others.
