- I have worked as a research assistant for a university research program (geography).

- I have worked as a microbiology and chemistry laboratory analyst.

- I have worked as a health and safety consultant (mainly asbestos and mould related).

- I am a Canadian. I was born in Alberta and raised in British Columbia (where I now live). I also spent part of my life in Fiji as a teenager.
