The Union de Producteurs de Saint-Emilion, or UDPSE, is a cooperative producing Bordeaux wine from the Saint-Émilion appellation in the department of Gironde.
History
[edit]Considered one of the great success stories of the Gironde, UDPSE was founded on March 4, 1931 during the Great Depression.[1]
Production
[edit]UDPSE bottles a quarter the production of Saint-Émilion.[2]
