Founded by Don Rafael López de Heredia y Landeta in 1877.[16]

Under leadership of Maria-José López de Heredia, with her siblings and father.[16]

Estate wines, handpicked grapes, no stainless steel, long ageing in old oak. Of note the long ageing of the white and the rosé.[16] A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Viura, aged for two years in oak and released after ten years.[17]
