Muqtar Bala Muqtar was born in 1998/8 October in Shira local government, Bauchi state. He did his primary school in pilot science primary school shira, then he proceed to Aliyu Abdulkadir Upper Basic shira. He moved to Government Day Secondary School Shira in 2013. In 2016 he wrote his senior secondary school examination both weac and neco in that school.

In 2016 he enrollment in Aminu saleh college of education Azare, at where he obtain certificate in education. 

He was so ambitious to be an actor, cinetographer, producer, scenarist as well as director in kannywood and nollywood.
