The article's content seems relevant to the topic but it has very basic information and the Talk page has not been edited since 2009. The basic theory behind the model is very well laid out and has a neutral tone. I think there is a lot of room for progress in giving real-world applications of the model. The references can also be updated since the most recent one is from 1996. All references are from textbook sources however, so their information should be accurate.
