IDR Solutions Ltd. is a software company based in Tonbridge, Kent, in the United Kingdom.

IDR was founded in 1999, and specialises in solutions for PDF content extraction and conversion to other formats, such as HTML5. It is a NetBeans partner (https://netbeans.org/community/partners/) and Mark Stephens is a member of the NetBeans Dream team (https://netbeans.org/community/contribute/dreamteam.html).
